On behalf of the Irish Events Committee I extend to all the Elks who volunteered their services in

 

the many obligations that had to be covered and also marched in our parade this past March 19th,

 

2011, our thanks for your participation.  As you might recall the parade was outstanding and the

 

open house that followed was a blast.

 

We had over forty groups in the parade and served over 600 corned beef sandwiches at the

 

gathering after the parade.  Everyone stayed and danced to the music of the Tommy Doyle band. 

 

In all,we think it was a good day for Vero Beach, and for all the people that came out to enjoy the

 

show.

 

Plans are now underway for next year's parade.  See below for details.

 

Above all, the Committee hopes you will continue your support by volunteering your services and

 

also joining up to be a marcher in the 2012 parade.

 

Once again, thank you for being a part of our efforts to bring the spirit of Saint Patrick to

 

Downtown Vero Beach.
